Welcome to the Information Website of the Psychosomatic and Psychotherapeutic Practice
Psyche & Culture
In my psychotherapeutic practice, I focus on the development, strengthening, and encouragement of self-esteem and cultivating compassion for others—key foundations for living a fulfilling and responsible life.
My work is guided by the conviction that humanity, empathy, and shared responsibility are essential elements of peaceful cultural progress.
At the heart of my approach lies a holistic understanding of health, where life circumstances, body, mind, and soul are brought into harmony.

The therapeutic approach
In life, personal or professional crises can arise unexpectedly. In such moments, professional support can help to find new ways forward.
As a physician in psychosomatic medicine (DGPM) with many years of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic experience, I offer a holistic approach where body, mind, and soul are seen as interconnected.
My therapeutic work is shaped by psychoanalytic training, individual psychology (Adler), self-psychology and groupanalysis. Depending on individual needs, I also integrate methods such as lifestyle analysis, psychodrama, art therapy, and relaxation techniques.
I believe that every person strives to find meaning in life and within their relationships.
From early childhood onward, individuals develop specific strategies and a certain lifestyle to claim their place in the family of origin and later within their own family, professional life, and social environment, thereby giving value to the self.
When life crises make old strategies no longer effective, therapy can help to develop new perspectives.
Psychotherapy means experiencing resonance.
In my therapeutic work , I encourage greater empathy toward oneself and others, integration of feeling, reason, and heart into one’s actions, and thus the discovery of a more fulfilling sense of life.
The main focus of my work lies in treating issues of self-worth, relationship difficulties, and coping with traumatic experiences of violence—always with particular attention to the client’s family and cultural background.
My focus is on supporting people with self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, and the consequences of traumatic experiences—always with sensitivity to each person’s family and cultural background.
The aim is to give life a meaningful and deeply fulfilling purpose.
